As program manager in the TECHNOLOGY Program team, you will lead and support the team to coordinate the Android POS offer and associated software components. Under the responsibility of the Android Program Team manager, you will be responsible for running complex and cross-country projects impacting several Business Units; aligning with other strategic programs or projects and increasing efficiency of the organization.

You have knowledge of the best practices for program and/or project management and are able to anticipate and independently manage risks, results, and problems associated with your project(s). At the same time, you direct and advise project teams in their daily work and report the status to management.

You communicate and negotiate with internal and external clients on various aspects of projects, including requirements, scope, planning, cost, and risks. The Android program team drives transversal coordination with many teams across the Ingenico Technology department, working with different R&D centres and following transversal activities with all the teams involved (Product Marketing, NPI, Purchase, Quality, R&D leaders).

You will be required to interact with other Work Package Leaders, located in multiple countries and different teams, developing long-term relationships that lead to efficient delivery. You should solve project issues, oversee and direct the delivery teams, and manage conflicts within the different groups of stakeholders or other programs/projects.

  • Support program team by building relevant KPIs related to the flow of evolution requests, their correct assignment, and execution.

  • Animate core team mindset to reach challenges and foster goodwill and respect for others within the work community.

As an Android Program Manager, you have proven experience in program or large project management, with at least 5 years in large projects (€1M or more than 2000 M). You possess proficiency in the Android environment and ecosystem (Android emulator, Cuttlefish, Android AOSP, different versions of Android).

You have proven experience with the conception and execution of project plans, are business-oriented, and deliver business value throughout the full length of the project. Fluency in English and French is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, team meetings, and contact with all staff and clients as well as members of the management team. Experience with offshore R&D coordination is also essential.
