OUR OPPORTUNITY
Service team members are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome\’s quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Handles guests\’ requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction
- Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
- Frequently works on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests
