Thulecraft Ltd T/A Sandisons are looking for an experienced and motivated Joiner Foreperson to join our team based in Unst, Shetland. Main Duties

  • Supervising and coordinating joinery teams on site
  • Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow
  • Planning and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
  • Liaising with management, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ordering and organising materials when required
  • Maintaining health & safety standards on site
  • Assisting with joinery work where necessary

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience in joinery and site supervision
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
