The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, trust, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life. You will identify and capitalize on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. You will build rapport quickly, establish trusted relationships, and ensure everything we do delivers on our promises and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a loyal customer base through a proactive approach, building rapport and generating new and repeat business.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
- Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues to build relationships and cross‑sell to our current trade customers.
- Promote the showroom locally, using creative methods to increase visibility and showcase our service.
- Continuously strive to make the showroom the best, anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
- Prior experience in a similar sales environment is desirable, but a positive attitude is paramount.
