The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, trust, a creative flair, and the ability to bring an idea to life, this is where you come in! In this role as a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be a high-performer who thrives on identifying opportunities and closing the sale. You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business. Key Responsibilities
- You will be driving growth, by Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
- You will own the customer journey, by proactively approaching every visitor, manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and follow up on quotations with urgency.
- You will deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
- You will build strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates.
- You will maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards.

Skills And Competencies
- You will be sales savvy, by having a proactive approach to sales with a proven ability to win and grow new business.
- You will have the resilience and the confidence to handle sales objections and the drive to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- You will have experience in relationship management and developing a true partnership approach with clients.
- You will be analytical, with the ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information to make informed business decisions.
- Ideally, you will have some knowledge of bathroom products or CAD design skills (though we provide great training!).
- A valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
