The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you\’ll work within our talented teams to help support our customers and colleagues with your expert pricing and technical knowledge (don\’t worry we teach this bit). You\’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we\’re sure you\’ll have some fun along the way!
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service in all communications with our customers and manufacturers.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers.
- Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.

You\’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving. You\’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Estimating team and you\’ll thrive on delivering excellent support to customers and manufacturers.
Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders.
- Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets.
- Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
