The Role

You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business. Key Responsibilities

  • Driving growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
  • Owning the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, managing inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and following up on quotations with urgency.
  • Delivering a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
  • Building strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates.
  • Maintaining operational excellence by keeping the showroom safe, organised, and professional, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards.
