About the Role

As an Electrical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our electrical and renewables business, establishing your branch as the first point of contact for electrical and renewables needs, and showcasing our full product range. You will grow stock holdings, hunt for new customers, and identify sales opportunities. Building rapport and creating trusted relationships with customers are essential to exceed expectations. You will promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive new customer acquisition and follow-up to convert quotes into sales.
2. Build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers.
3. Upsell and link products within the electrical category.
4. Manage customer demands while maximizing branch profitability.
5. Support colleagues in understanding electrical products and opportunities.
6. Maintain stock levels and ensure the right product offerings.
7. Create awareness and promote local events to drive business.
8. Stay updated on electrical regulations and product terminology.
9. Ensure efficient delivery and excellent after-sales service.
