Responsibilities
- Inspire customers in a virtual setting and support our Showrooms across the country.
- Deliver first class customer service by quickly building rapport over video call.
- Advise and recommend ideas and products.
- Provide first class CAD designs and help our customers to achieve their dream bathroom (training given).
Joining our virtual bathroom showroom team means you will be fully inducted by a Learning & Development specialist and Showroom Sales Manager. From there you’ll have a full network of experts including; Regional Showroom Sales Managers, CAD Champions (Computer Aided Design), virtual & in branch Buddies and virtual communities.
You don’t need sales experience, but the ability to help customers make the right choices and a desire to take them through their online bathroom buying journey will help you succeed. Ability to influence, along with a flair for design will aid your success in this role. You should be passionate about delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service through our online service.
Working from home, you will be self-motivated and able to work to set appointment times and deadlines. Excellent communication skills using email, video conferencing, telephone and even chat bots are essential. You will be able to work on a shift basis, with early shifts starting at 8am, to later shifts starting at 1pm.
