Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate and timely customer shipments, a secure site, and full compliance with health and safety standards. A valid forklift licence is essential. This role is a key part of our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods to meet customer expectations. Maintain an efficient warehouse layout to optimise workflow and space utilisation.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, including cycle counts and regular stocktakes. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Support continuous improvement of stock management processes.
