Position Summary

As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for student recruitment, enrollment consultation, retention support, and relationship management with parents and students. You will guide families throughout their decision-making journey, ensuring they receive accurate information, personalized support, and a consistent TH School experience. You will also collaborate closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that every family interaction reflects our values, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Recruitment & Enrollment
    • Provide professional consultation to prospective parents and students on academic programs, pathways, and school culture.
    • Manage inquiries from multiple channels (walk-ins, hotline, email, digital platforms, referrals, agencies).
    • Guide families through the full admissions process, from first inquiry to enrollment.
    • Conduct school tours, open days, and information sessions.
    • Proactively follow up with families to improve conversion rates.
    • Support student retention and annual re-enrollment processes.
    • Identify and follow up with at-risk families.
    • Work closely with academic and student support teams to address concerns affecting family satisfaction.
  • Customer Care & Relationship Management
    • Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned families.
    • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
  • Partnership & Agency Coordination
    • Support relationships with education agencies and referral partners.
    • Track partner leads and performance.
    • Assist with partner events and outreach activities.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollment stages in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and retention risks.
    • Provide insights to improve admissions processes and family experience.
  • Additional Duties & Event Support
    • Perform tasks as assigned by the Deputy Admissions Manager and Business Director.
    • Responsible for supporting Admissions and school-wide activities in Hanoi and other provinces.
    • Be available to travel for provincial business trips and support on-campus and off-campus events organized by the Admissions and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, education consulting, customer success, or education-related sales.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience in international education environments (Cambridge, IB, bilingual or international K–12 schools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak enrollment seasons.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to self-learn and deeply understand TH School’s academic offerings and philosophy.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and data-aware.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
