The Opportunity
There is a specialist delivery role focused on candidate relationships, talent attraction and market expertise. You will work closely with an established client base, helping some of Europe's most exciting businesses hire highly sought‑after talent. Unlike a traditional 360 role, your focus will be on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates through the recruitment process. You will become a true market specialist within either Robotics or Energy — two sectors experiencing significant growth across Germany and Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with high‑quality candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
- Providing market insight to clients and colleagues
