We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
This is a 360 role with a real focus on business development. You’ll be winning new clients, growing existing accounts and building a desk you genuinely own.
You’ll specialize in one of Europe’s fastest-growing markets across DeepTech, Robotics and Energy, with the backing to turn strong client relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships.
If you enjoy opening doors, getting in front of decision makers and growing accounts year on year, you’ll fit right in.
- Have a proven track record in 360 recruitment
- Enjoy business development and winning new clients
- Know how to grow and retain key accounts
- Are ambitious and self-motivated
- Are resilient and commercially minded
- Want to build a long-term career, not just hit the next target
Experience in technology, engineering or energy recruitment is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to build relationships and win business.
