Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Team
Location: City of London (Monument)
Working week: Monday–Thursday (4-day week)
Start: January 2026
Salary: £30,000+ basic & uncapped commission up to 40% ( £50,000 OTE year 1, £80,000+ year 2)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be recruiting into the DACH tech market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) - one of the highest-fee, highest-opportunity regions in Europe.

You don’t need to speak German - though you’ll likely pick up a few phrases. You’ll also travel to Germany, Austria and Switzerland for client meetings and events as your desk grows. This is a sales role. You’ll be pushed, supported, challenged and developed - and the rewards will reflect the effort you put in.
