What You’ll Own

• Lead and grow a team of ~20 engineers across development, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Deliver technical roadmaps for core systems including CRM, ERP, security, and AI integration
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features across multiple product lines
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google) and third-party SaaS integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design to align engineering priorities with business goals
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a high-performance team culture

Who You Are

• Proven experience leading development teams in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally ARR/subscription-based)
• Comfortable managing delivery pipelines, prioritizing roadmaps, and scaling teams
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), dev workflows, and SaaS architecture
• Familiar with AI integration (e.g., LLMs, intelligent automation) as part of product or platform strategy
• Bonus: Experience with PE-backed companies or tech due diligence environments
