What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and Team Leads across several squads
- Own and drive execution across engineering initiatives aligned with business goals
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define technical strategy, architecture, and delivery timelines
- Build scalable development processes that balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Drive hiring, retention, and talent development to grow high-performing teams
- Champion engineering best practices, DevOps maturity, and cross-team collaboration
- Provide visibility to executive leadership on delivery progress, challenges, and outcomes
Your Profile
- 6+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering leadership (managing managers or multiple teams)
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (preferably with an ARR model)
- Strong technical grounding in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and agile product development
- Track record of scaling teams, improving delivery processes, and aligning engineering with company goals
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products or embedded intelligence in enterprise software
- Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
