This is a specialist delivery role focused on candidate relationships, talent attraction, and market expertise. You’ll work closely with an established client base, helping some of Europe’s most exciting businesses hire highly sought-after talent. Unlike a traditional 360 role, your focus will be on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates through the recruitment process. You’ll become a true market specialist within either Robotics or Energy — two sectors experiencing significant growth across Germany and Europe.
