- Robotics.
- Energy & Infrastructure.
The Opportunity.
This is a specialist delivery role focused on candidate relationships, talent attraction and market expertise.. .
You'll work closely with an established client base, helping some of Europe's most exciting businesses hire highly sought-after talent.. .
Unlike a traditional 360 role, your focus will be on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates through the recruitment process.. .
You'll become a true market specialist within either Robotics or Energy — two sectors experiencing significant growth across Germany and Europe.. .
What You'll Be Doing.
- Building relationships with high-quality candidates.
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement.
- Headhunting specialist talent.
- Conducting candidate qualification interviews.
- Providing market insight to clients and colleagues.
- Creating talent pipelines within your niche.
- Becoming a recognised expert within your market.
