You will work within the Space Missions team, ensuring the clients are taken care of from the moment they receive the hardware and throughout the lifetime of the product.

Founded in 2017, ThrustMe is a pioneering space technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems for small satellites. We are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. Our clients across the US, Europe, and Asia trust us to design and deliver high-performance, precision-engineered propulsion systems that push technological boundaries while meeting demanding timelines and budgets. We made history in 2019 and 2020 with the world’s first in-orbit demonstrations of iodine‑fueled electric propulsion systems. Today, we are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of technical client relationships.
  • Independently answer technical client requests.
  • Represent the internal experts, ensure the right people on both sides are present to effectively solve issues.
  • Understand the technical issues and solutions found, document them for internal and external use.
  • Setup processes and feedback loops with clients using the product, ensuring continued improvement.
  • Ensuring continued client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate fleet performance, track agreed-upon performance metrics with clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, or as a systems engineer.
  • Strong fundamentals, allowing understanding of satellite and propulsion system integration, inner-workings, and practical use-cases.
  • Strong communicator, ability to put the technical language into words for higher level audiences.
  • Communicates in English fluently. French is a plus (A2 level or more).
