We’re seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Designer to design apparel that fuses performance with precision. This role sits at the heart of ThruDark’s design identity - developing products that deliver under pressure while maintaining refined aesthetic standards and brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal design concepts and detailed product sketches.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Illustration teams to finalise designs.
- Select fabrics, trims, and colourways that align with brand direction and performance requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure all designs remain innovative, functional, and durable.
- Balance creative ambition with commercial awareness and practicality in execution.
Requirements
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CLO3D.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and performance materials.
- A clear creative vision with the ability to design for both form and function.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience within technical apparel or performance wear is highly desirable.
