What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and communication from week one
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance client success operations
- Contribute to product development based on deep client understanding
- Build and maintain automation workflows
- Deliver enterprise-grade customer success through deep customer understanding

- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
- Technical understanding and/or systems proficiency (Excel expertise, basic programming/scripting/scraping knowledge, automation tools like Zapier/n8n)
