About Throxy
Throxy builds vertical-specific AI Sales Agents for legacy industries where generic outreach tools fail. In just six months we’ve grown to >$1 M ARR. We’re looking for someone who can help us scale and keep accelerating.
What You’ll Do
- Productionize AI agents at massive scale – design and extend the data-ingestion and orchestration layer that turns millions of raw company & people records.
- Ship new agentic workflows – prototype end-to-end LLM playbooks (research, enrichment, multi-channel outreach) and push them to production in days, not months.
- Frontend – craft real-time dashboards for customers.
- Close the feedback loop – work on early versions of the first ranking models to create a self-improving outreach flywheel.
- Scale with confidence – own performance, observability and reliability as we grow to hundreds of customers.
We’re Looking For
