The Role

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Manager to own and scale THRIVIN’s retention and email marketing function. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can both think strategically and execute independently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and improving flows
  • Writing high-converting email copy
  • Managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Analysing performance and optimising constantly

We already have design support in place. What we need is someone who can own the department, drive performance, and bring the THRIVIN voice to life through every email.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Execution

  • Own and execute weekly email campaigns across launches, promotions, and brand moments
  • Manage the email calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time
  • Write all campaign copy in THRIVIN’s tone of voice
  • Work closely with the design team to bring campaigns to life

We currently send around 7 campaigns per week.

Flows & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build, optimise, and scale all key email flows, including:
  • Welcome flows
  • Abandoned cart & checkout
  • Post-purchase
  • Win-back
  • Browse abandonment
  • VIP / loyalty journeys
  • Continuously improve existing flows based on data and testing
  • Performance & Optimisation

    • Monitor and optimise key retention metrics including:
    • Revenue per recipient
    • Repeat purchase rate
    • Open and click-through rates
    • Conversion rate
    • Customer lifetime value
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, hooks, offers, and creative direction
  • Use data to improve performance continuously
  • Brand & Tone of Voice

    • Ensure every email feels aligned with the THRIVIN brand
    • Write copy that feels confident, aspirational, and performance-driven
    • Understand our audience deeply and communicate in a way that resonates

    Collaboration

    • Work closely with ecommerce, creative, and performance teams
    • Contribute ideas proactively and collaborate across departments
    • Be part of a fast-moving, highly ambitious team environment

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–6+ years experience in email marketing / CRM
    • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo
    • Exceptional copywriting ability with a strong understanding of conversion
    • Experience building and optimising lifecycle flows independently
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and performance analysis
    • Ability to manage the full email function autonomously
    • Strong understanding of fitness, wellness, or female-focused brands
