THRIVIN is building the uniform for disciplined women. We create premium performance gymwear designed for women who train with intent and expect more from themselves and from what they wear. Our brand is built through community, not just online, but in real life. We’re looking for an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of THRIVIN’s community and brand events.

This role will focus on building and scaling our community event programme while also partnering closely with our Influencer team on creator and press activations. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into real-world experiences that strengthen community, deepen brand connection, and generate high-impact content.

  • Community Event Programme (Core Focus)
    • Own and deliver a monthly calendar of community-led events
    • Conceptualise and execute experiences that strengthen brand affinity and engagement
    • Build relationships with local communities, venues, gyms, studios, and partners
    • Ensure all events reflect THRIVIN’s premium positioning and resonate with our audience
    • Manage end-to-end logistics including planning, production, staffing, and on-site execution
    • Track attendance, engagement, and post-event performance
    • Continuously refine and scale successful event formats
  • Influencer & Press Events
    • Partner closely with the Influencer team to execute creator and media activations
    • Ensure events are designed with a strong social-first and content-first mindset
    • Coordinate event flow, suppliers, and execution standards
    • Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend across all events
    • Track and report on key event metrics including content output
    • Use insights and performance data to improve future events

3–5+ years experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing. Proven track record executing high-quality brand and community events. Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience working with influencers, talent, or media is a strong plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience generating high volumes of quality content from events. You understand how to turn a brand into an experience. You think about community, energy, and shareability — not just logistics. You are highly organised but also creative and culturally aware. You have a strong interest in fitness, wellness, and community-led brands.

Community events consistently drive engagement and attendance. Events generate strong social content and brand visibility. Creators and press have exceptional brand experiences. THRIVIN builds a strong physical presence and community reputation. Build the real-world experience layer of a fast-growing global brand. Work at the intersection of community, creators, and brand. High ownership and creative freedom. Be part of a high-performance, fast-moving team.

UK-based preferred (with travel required for events). Examples of events or activations you’ve led. Brands or communities you’ve worked with. A short note on what you believe makes a great brand experience.
