Thrivin is a fast-growing global women’s activewear brand, built around empowering women to feel confident, strong and their best selves. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us produce high-performing creative across our paid marketing channels.
The Role
We’re looking for a fast, commercially minded Graphic Designer with strong experience creating performance creative for DTC/e-commerce brands. This is a high-output role where you’ll be responsible for turning creative briefs, campaign concepts and existing brand assets into polished, conversion-focused static ads, primarily for Meta. You’ll need to balance a strong creative eye with an understanding of what makes paid social creative perform. Speed, efficiency and the ability to produce and iterate on a high volume of work are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing static ads for paid social, primarily Meta
- Translate creative briefs into polished, conversion-focused designs
- Develop multiple creative variations for ongoing testing and optimisation
- Adapt concepts across different formats, messaging and markets
- Retouch and manipulate campaign and product imagery where required
- Use AI image-generation tools to create, enhance and develop creative assets
- Work closely with the wider creative and performance marketing teams
- Respond quickly to performance insights and iterate on winning concepts
- Maintain Thrivin’s visual identity while designing with performance and conversion in mind
Creative Output
This is a fast-paced, high-volume creative role. You’ll be expected to produce approximately 20–25 creative concepts per week, with around 3 variations per concept. You should be comfortable working efficiently, managing multiple briefs at once and delivering consistently high-quality work within tight timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous DTC/e-commerce performance ad design experience is essential
- Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social and performance creative
- Experience within fashion, activewear, beauty or another fast-paced consumer brand is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience using AI image-generation tools within the creative process
- Excellent eye for typography, composition, visual hierarchy and brand consistency
- Strong understanding of how creative needs to work within a paid social environment
- Comfortable producing and iterating creative at high volume
- Highly organised and able to work across multiple briefs and deadlines
- Fast, efficient and proactive in your approach
- Comfortable working independently within a remote, fast-growth environment
