Thrivin is building a long-term Athlete program. This is not influencer gifting. This is about performance, consistency, and brand equity. We are looking for someone who can own the full Athlete ecosystem, from scouting to scaling.

Your Role

  • You will manage, grow, and protect the Thrivin Athlete Program.
  • You are responsible for:
  • Turning creators into long-term brand assets
  • Making sure Athletes perform, post, and sell
  • Keeping standards high (no freeloaders, no excuses)

Responsibilities

  • Athlete Management
  • Manage existing Thrivin Athletes (UK, EU, USA)
  • Track performance: content output, sales, engagement
  • Hold Athletes accountable to deliverables
  • Build strong long-term relationships
  • Scouting & Promotion
    • Identify high-potential Affiliates & Creators
    • Decide who earns Athlete status (performance-based only)
    • Manage promotions from Affiliate → Creator → Athlete
    • Remove underperformers when needed (clean program > big program)
  • Contracts & Structure
    • Handle monthly retainers + commission structures
    • Align deliverables, expectations, and timelines
    • Coordinate launches, campaigns, and special drops
    • Work closely with creative & paid media teams
  • Reporting & Optimization
    • Weekly performance overview per Athlete
    • Identify top performers & scale them
    • Spot weak links early and fix or cut

    • Have experience managing creators, influencers, or athletes
    • Understand TikTok Shop, UGC & performance content
    • Think in numbers, output, and results
    • Are organized, direct, and not afraid to push people
