Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer based in South Devon, ideally located between Exeter and Plymouth, and looking for a new mobile service and maintenance role? An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-established HVAC and Facilities Management service provider, working across a range of commercial sites throughout the South Devon region.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to air conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple contracts, covering the Plymouth, Torquay and Exeter areas. You will be working on a wide variety of systems, including:

  • Split systems
  • VRV and VRF systems
  • AHUs and FCUs
  • General HVAC plant and plant room PPMs

This is a hands-on role where previous experience carrying out service, maintenance and fault-finding within commercial environments is essential.

Candidate Requirements

  • F-Gas qualified (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (desirable)
  • Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
