Are you a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with proven experience, and looking to join a growing company that genuinely values and supports its staff? This well-established M&E and Facilities Services provider has recently secured several new contracts and is now seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas & Heating Engineer to carry out service, maintenance and repair works across Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including student accommodation, government buildings, offices and retail sites, ensuring no two days are the same.
The Role
- Planning and carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and repair works
- Completing quoted works
- Servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial boilers
- Carrying out inspections and completing gas safety certification
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven commercial gas experience (essential)
- Relevant commercial gas qualifications, including some or all of the following:
- COCN1 or CODNCO1
- CIGA1
- CORT1
- ICPN1
- TPCP1A
Package & Benefits
- Salary: Β£50,000 - Β£55,000 per annum
- Overtime available at 1.5x, with double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Mobile role with regional coverage
