Are you a Multi Trades Maintenance Manager looking to join a busy growing business based in the West Midlands? I am currently supporting a well-established Facilities Management company with their recruitment for a Building Maintenance Fabric Contract Manager to join their team based in their busy Cannock office.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing all building fabric maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day fabric operations across multiple sites
