Are you a HVAC Engineer working in the planned and reactive maintenance sector and happy to do remedial, small and minor works installations? Our company works with a number of commercial and domestic properties across the region and due to a number of new sites being awarded we are recruiting for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and parts of Wiltshire.
We are flexible on qualifications as long as you have either a Commercial Plumber, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, or are either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with a passion for service and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial property/offices sector.
Responsibilities:- Planned and reactive maintenance tasks within plant rooms and communal areas of buildings.
- Statutory compliance, fault finding to heating, ventilation, air conditioning plant.
- Water temperature checks, Legionella testing, pumps and motors, AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing tasks.
- Commercial Plumber or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
- Mechanically or Electrically qualified.
- Experience with planned/reactive maintenance in commercial property/offices sector.
