    Candidate Requirements

    • Qualified tradesperson with City & Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing
    • Competent in multiple trades or DIY-type tasks
    • Previous multi-skilled trades experience is essential, as no training will be provided initially
    • Open to time-served tradespeople or general builders looking to move into the maintenance sector
