We are supporting a leading provider of Fire, Security and Electrical services who are looking for an experienced engineer to join their team, covering Dorset and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding a range of Fire & Security systems across commercial and residential sites, as well as supporting with small works and commissioning when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and fault-finding of Fire & Security systems
- Working on CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry and Emergency Lighting
- Carrying out repairs, reactive call-outs and planned maintenance
- Supporting with small works, installations and commissioning
- Completing service reports and job documentation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Participating in an on-call rota
What We're Looking For
- Previous Fire & Security service and maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: CSCS card and relevant manufacturer/product training.
