This National Engineering Maintenance and Facilities Services company are recruiting for a mobile Plumber / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to cover sites across Truro and North Cornwall with occasional travel towards Exeter. This is due to yet another new contract being awarded and another year of growth within the business.
As Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to all aspects of plumbing systems within both Commercial Properties. Duties will include anything from fixing leaks, replacing taps, filters, radiator repairs, TRVs etc., as well as making good areas of works.
You will need to be a qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3 and ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs, although this company is open to good plumbers keen to get into maintenance. Skills such as basic carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering would be advantageous.
You will also require a driving licence as this is a mobile position and a van will be provided.
