Are you an experienced Pipefitter Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a leading Facilities Management company?
This national Facilities Services provider is expanding due to a new contract win, working across a variety of commercial buildings, and carrying out essential pipefitting installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair pipe systems in commercial and industrial buildings
- Work on heating, cooling, and water systems, including steel, copper, and plastic pipework
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with other trades, including plumbers, HVAC engineers, and electricians, to complete projects effectively
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and industry standards
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter in commercial or industrial settings
- Knowledge of various pipe materials and welding, brazing, and threading techniques
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fluid dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
