Are you a Building Fabric Engineer looking for a new exciting role working in and around Bristol? Do you have either Carpentry or Plumbing qualifications with other trade skills such as painting, patch plastering, and tiling? If so, this role could be great for you.

Working for one of the region's leading Facilities Services providers, you will be part of a team of Building Fabric Engineers covering planned and reactive maintenance as well as small and minor works to commercial buildings in Bristol. Sites will include offices, leisure centres, and schools.

Duties will include:

  • Planned and Reactive Maintenance
  • Small and Minor Works Projects

Ideally, you will be a qualified tradesperson with either City and Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing, with good skills in other trades and DIY tasks. We are, however, open to time-served tradespeople and general builders looking to get more into the maintenance industry.

Previous multi-skilled trades experience is essential as no training will be given to start; development of skills will be offered once settled and passed probation.

Salary: £36-38k based on 40 hours, overtime available on top.
