Covering South Wales M4 corridor Planned and Reactive Maintenance to Commercial properties Door to Door travel time paid £36-40k plus overtime and call out Company Vehicle (personal use option) Are you a Multi Skilled trades person looking for a new role working in the Commercial Site Maintenance industry.
Do you enjoy a variety of works ranging from Internal to maintenance and repairs?
This regional Facilities Services company are recruiting due to a new contract win.
As Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be part of a team of mobile engineers covering the south Wales region, offering maintenance services to various commercial properties such as retail, offices and care homes
Duties will include planned and reactive works to Internals and external parts of the property.
This would be anything from - Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tiling,
Desirable Roofing and Groundworks.
You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role and a vehicle will be provided.
Ideally be a qualified trades or all round general builder person with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above.
