A leading maintenance company in Bristol is expanding due to an increased workload and is looking to hire a Multi-Skilled Carpenter. You will work across domestic and commercial properties in the Bristol area, handling both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, locks, skirting, and architrave repairs
- Carry out basic maintenance in plumbing, tiling, painting, and decorating
- Work across various sites in the Bristol region
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience (essential)
- 1 year of multi-trades maintenance experience (preferred)
- Basic skills in plumbing, tiling, and painting & decorating
Benefits:
- Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 per year (based on experience)
- 25 days holiday (plus personal use of a company van)
