Mobile Electrician covering West London areas, £42-45k plus on call allowance, overtime OTE £50k. Personal use of van and 25 days holiday.

Are you a fully qualified Electrician working within the FM or Maintenance Engineering sector and looking for a new role covering West London - Postcodes areas NW and SW? This Facilities Services company covers a large contract of retail sites across the UK and requires an Electrician to cover various stores in the NW and SW postcodes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Working as a mobile engineer covering West London postcodes, SW and NW, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works.
  • Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements etc., and all relevant documentation is adhered to in accordance with company health and safety policy.
  • Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of works done and any further works or recommendations required.
  • Carry out planned and reactive repairs as required to SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
  • Good building services knowledge and able to undertake additional multi-skilled tasks.
  • Carry out minor new works and project installations.
  • Proactive and good communicator that is customer focused.
  • Adhere to the company's FM procedures and systems maintaining clear and legible records.
  • Able to undertake works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
  • Able to work out of hours from time to time and participate in the callout rota.

Requirements for Success:

  • Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
  • Good organisational skills and a positive outlook.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with a flexible approach to work requirements.
  • Capable of using PDA to utilise company CAFM system and emails.

Desirable:

  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified.
  • Gold CSCS Card Holder.
  • Site Health & Safety Training.
  • First Aid training.
