Job Description Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Northholt main site with occasional trips to Feltham £40,000 – £43,000 + Call Out + Overtime 23 days holiday + van Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer based in the Northholt area and looking for a new role? We\’re working with a leading HVAC and FM service provider who is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, covering 3 MOD sites, 1 Northholt, 1 Feltham. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites and plant rooms. This includes fault‑finding, repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems. Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems at different client sites. When not working on air conditioning and HVAC systems, you will carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on other building systems to keep them running well and meet safety standards. Keep clear and up-to-date records of all maintenance, PPM tasks, and repairs. Deal quickly with any problems related to air conditioning or other building systems. Work closely with site Facilities Managers and outside contractors to organise maintenance work. Follow all health and safety rules when working.
