Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer working in the commercial building industry looking for a new static site based in the Bristol area? This building is one of the high-end buildings in the city centre of Bristol and will require someone with good client-facing skills and experience.
Are you someone that can cover planned and reactive maintenance to building services such as electrical, mechanical and also cover some building fabrics (carpentry, plumbing etc.) from time to time? This Facilities Services and Building Maintenance company have secured a large site in Bristol which is made up of offices, a restaurant and bar as well as a gym and communal garden, and require an engineer to be based there 5 days per week to cover planned and reactive maintenance to the building.
Duties will include:
- Electrical PPMs and Reactive Maintenance
- Mechanical PPMs (basic)
- Statutory Compliance testing such as emergency lights, fire alarms, water temperature and legionella testing
- Repairs to building fabric such as carpentry and plumbing and basic DIY repairs
The salary on offer for this position depends on the applicant's qualifications, skills and experience. Salary £40-44k for a 40 hour week, 25 days holiday, pension, and other benefits. Van option £40-42k, none van £44-45k.
