Client Commercial Team Manager Β£50,000-Β£60,000 25 days + bank holidays Birmingham We are looking for an experienced Client Commercial Team Manager to lead and develop a specialist commercial team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quotations and sales administration. This is a key role focused on delivering strong commercial performance while maintaining excellent client relationships and developing a high-performing, collaborative team. You will oversee the end-to-end contract renewal process, ensure remedial quotations are delivered accurately and on time, and work closely with clients, finance, operations and senior management to maximise revenue and contract retention. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators. Allocate workloads and ensure renewal and quotation deadlines are consistently met. Oversee commercial contract renewals, including pricing, scope changes and negotiations. Manage the preparation and submission of remedial, repair and additional works quotations. Ensure quotations are technically accurate, commercially competitive and profitable. Oversee sales administration, CRM systems, proposals, contracts and sales documentation. Monitor sales pipelines, renewal rates, quote-to-conversion rates and commercial performance. Build strong relationships with key clients and act as an escalation point for complex commercial discussions. Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure effective contract management and handovers. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and commercial performance. Produce regular management reports covering team performance, renewals and remedial works. Ensure all renewals and quotations comply with contractual, regulatory and company requirements. Coach and develop team members through regular performance reviews and ongoing support. Skills
