Package including Car, Holidays and Pension Are you a Mechanical biased Project / Contracts Manager with experience of running Mechanical HVAC projects from Small works up to a rough value of £3-5mill and looking for an opportunity to work for a business where not only give you a job but an opportunity to have shares within the business and be a part of something that is growing.
This company specialise in Mechanical Projects across various commercial buildings, mostly refurbishments and upgrades with some new works, the cover all aspects of HVAC and Controls and are looking for someone to join the business with experience on the Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Controls side of the projects.
They have people from the Gas / Heating side so this person would balance the team in terms of specialism.
Some of the projects you would be involved in are a large commercial site where they are stripping down the existing AC units and replacing with HVRF and DX units, new ductwork and AHU's, Domestic hot water, new cold water services and end of journey services such as showers, toilets etc...
New Controls (subbed out to BMS company) knowledge of this would be massively advantageous.
Other projects already booked in for the next 12 months are FCU replacements Duct and Vent Air Conditioning upgrades ASHP AC and Vent Plumbing
