About ThriveSpace+

ThriveSpace+ is a purpose-led venture focused on advancing inclusion, and belonging in workplaces across the UK and beyond. We’re launching a virtual event to bring together changemakers, employees, and strategists — and we’re inviting apprentices to help us make it unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

You’ll join a small, inclusive team supporting the ThriveSpace+ launch event. Roles will be matched to your strengths and interests, and training will be provided. Roles Available (you’ll be assigned one or more):

  • Tech Producer Apprentice

Help run the virtual event platform, manage recordings, and troubleshoot live sessions.

  • Liaison Apprentice

Coordinate with guest speakers, share bios, manage timing, and support Q&A flow. Monitor live chat, share resources, encourage engagement, and flag questions.

  • Social Media and Community Apprentice

Contribute to marketing campaign, create and post content and track engagement. Welcome attendees into our online community hub, share resources, and support.
