We are seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Ads Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key ad platforms. This role will be responsible for generating profitable sales. You will work closely with external agencies and the wider marketing and creative teams to execute high-impact campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with agencies, copywriters, and designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Create new sales funnels to sell various products we operate.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure full funnel alignment between ad campaigns, landing experiences, and conversion goals.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued and may be considered in place of a formal degree.
- Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will also be considered.
- Proven track record of zero to one with paid media spend, executing creative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization.
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team.
