ThriveCart is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and drive operational excellence across ThriveCart. This role demands a versatile leader who can balance strategic vision with handsâon execution, optimize costs while maintaining quality, and ensure seamless coordination across all business functions. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable reviewing financial metrics, managing complex projects, and guiding crossâfunctional teams toward ambitious milestones.
What Your Work Will Entail
- Serve as the right hand to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and operational leadership.
- Translate company vision and strategy into actionable operational plans and executable initiatives.

What You Bring To This Role
