Job Overview
ThriveCart is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to help bring our brand stories and product videos to life. You\\\’ll support the entire production process — from writing scripts and planning shoots to coordinating edits and helping content get delivered on time. This role is perfect for someone creative, highly organized, and comfortable using AI tools to speed up scripting, editing, and asset creation.
What Your Work Will Entail
- Script & Content Development
- Draft and refine scripts for product demos, tutorials, social campaigns, and customer stories.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript) to brainstorm, outline, or polish scripts and concepts.
- Pre-Production Support
- Help plan shoots by building shot lists, call sheets, and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics such as talent, locations, gear, and remote crews.
- On-Set & Remote Shoot Coordination
- Support directors and videographers on shoot days — keeping timelines on track and making sure all assets are captured.
- Post-Production Organization
- Work with editors and motion designers to organize footage, track revisions, and manage feedback.
- Assist with reviewing cuts and ensuring videos meet brand style and messaging.
- Use AI tools to automate captions, edit drafts, or generate supporting visuals.
- Content & Workflow Management
- Keep production files organized and maintain a content library.
- Help identify new AI or automation tools that can speed up production.
What You Bring To This Role
- 1–3 years of experience in video production, creative content, or media (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Basic understanding of scripting and storytelling for video.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for creative work (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript, Midjourney, or similar).
- Knowledge of video production processes and ability to coordinate logistics.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects.
