This is an exciting time to join us. Thrive is growing its work across Somerset, supporting people from different backgrounds and helping make communities fairer and more inclusive.

You’ll be part of the Resilient Communities Team, helping bring people, services and decision-makers together so that people’s experiences are heard and make a difference.

In this role, you’ll work closely with ethnically diverse communities across Somerset. You’ll build trusted relationships, help people get involved, and support them to have a voice in what happens in their local areas. You’ll also support community leaders, deliver training, and work with organisations, schools and young people to build understanding and inclusion.
