Thrive is a UK-based workforce intelligence platform helping companies make better hiring and talent decisions through psychometric and cognitive assessments. Having recently closed our second VC funding round, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth, scaling both our product and customer base.
We’re looking for an Expansion Account Manager to grow revenue across 150–200 existing mid-market customers (£2k–£40k ACV). This is a true hybrid role:
- Not pure sales
- Not pure Customer Success
- You own both relationships and revenue
What you’ll do:
- Drive upsell, cross-sell & product adoption
- Own deals end-to-end (no handoffs)
- Spot expansion signals & act on them
- Build pipeline (incl. reactivating past champions)
- Partner with CS on retention & growth
- Support at-risk accounts + generate advocacy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven expansion revenue ownership (must-have)
- Strong Customer Success foundation
- 3–6 years in SaaS (mid-market focus ideal)
- Commercially sharp — you know when to push & close
- Bonus: HR tech experience
