Creative Strategist – Branded Content Studio/Agency
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a sharp eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of paid social platforms, and proven experience in winning and delivering award-winning brand partnerships. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative ideation, digital strategy, and client collaboration, helping brands connect with audiences in ways that are social-first, grounded in the grammar of social platforms and built for digital native audiences.
Working closely with the CEO & Commercial Director, you’ll help shape the businesses strategic direction, from refining platform innovation and driving audience growth. You’ll lead strategic thinking across client work, support budget management, and champion the studio’s continued evolution in a dynamic and fast-moving market. Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Brand Partnerships
- Help brands shape and implement content strategies across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snap and emerging platforms.
- Lead strategic thinking on client briefs, partnerships, and pitches with compelling decks and proposals.
- Align creative campaigns with business goals and performance metrics.
- Contribute to integrated branded content initiatives across media plans and partnerships.
- Develop creative and strategic concepts for paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X.
- As the business grows, partner with performance marketing teams to translate audience data and KPIs into thumb-stopping creative strategies
- Write compelling briefs for in-house and freelance creative teams that balance storytelling with conversion goals
- Stay on top of trends in digital media, creator-led content, platform innovations, and algorithm changes
Creative Oversight & Campaign Execution
- Oversee the creative development process, from concept through to pitch, production to post-launch optimisations
- Analyse campaign performance to refine messaging and creative strategy
- Work cross-functionally with design, production, media, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution
Audience Insights & Data-Led Thinking
- Champion data-informed strategy and creativity across the team.
- Guide use of insights and platform trends to optimise content and audience growth.
- Stay ahead of shifting behaviours, algorithms, and innovations.
About You
- You’ve held a strategy role in a publishing, media, agency, or brand setting.
- You have some experience managing budgets and supporting commercial planning.
- You’re a sharp strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand, audience, and culture.
- You know the paid social landscape inside out and are confident with its creative best practices.
- You thrive in a nimble, high-energy environment and enjoy building something new.
- You’re a clear communicator who brings structure and clarity to complex ideas.
