  • Be the change - You like helping people. You’ll be working with those who need help the most, empowering them to make positive changes to thrive.
  • Be effective - You’re patient and can adapt under pressure. You provide an excellent experience to the families, by combining health improvement knowledge with first class communication.
  • Be happy - You recognise the power of a smile. Flair and personality are key to motivate people to achieve their health‑related aspirations. You value a fun, supportive workplace and want to come to work raring to go.
  • Be successful - You are motivated and driven. Happy working solo or as part of a team, you love meeting targets. And will be given opportunities to contribute and develop your career.
  • Be big‑hearted - You want to make a difference. Working with a like‑minded team of optimistic people, we want the same thing to do meaningful work and change lives.

What are we looking for?

To work with us in this role you will need to have experience of supporting individuals, ideally children or young people, to make healthy lifestyle choices through nutrition, physical activity or health coaching. Knowledge and understanding of healthy lifestyles is essential. A nutrition qualification or physical activity/coaching qualification would be desirable.
